inserting ROW lines in cross-sections using Softdesk

I am running cross-sections of an unimproved ditch that has a right-of-way on both sides of it. is there a way to insert the right-of-way lines without having to draw them in each cross-section using either the Autocad Land Devlopement package or the Softdesk package? There is no template for the ditch, so all I want to add is the Right-of-Way lines. thanks
