hypermesh to ansys, error in element formulation.

Hello people,

I am trying to export a shell mesh to ansys. I am using shell 181 elements of ansys. I get the mesh in ansys but when I try to run it, Ansys crashes after some iterations with the following error message "Error in element formulation"

Does anybody know what I am doing wrong?
