Processor Intel® Core™ i7-6500U with Intel® HD Graphics 520 (2.5 GHz, up to 3.1 GHz, 4 MB cache, 2 cores)
MEMORY
Memory, standard 16 GB DDR3L-1600 SDRAM (2 x 8 GB)

So, what do you really want? Suggestions or comments?

Yes,
I am looking for comments on this, especially on the Graphic Card

Go with a Quadro if you can

NX9 isn't supported on Win10 - and I'm not sure if Home Edition would be supported either - doesn't mean it won't work, you're just taking a bit of a risk should you require OS support. The NX9 Help Docs state Pro or Enterprise versions.

Same thing with choosing a gaming card - doesn't mean it won't work, but you are taking a certain risk in not choosing a supported card.

I would get a workstation if you can - Dell Precision or HP Z Book.
I have Quadro K1100M and it's great.
