How to test AD6644 and AD6620

I need to test a circuit that has an input freq between 170-199MHz to AD6644 that connectd to AD6620 and then connected to DSP that will readout the output file.  Does anyone have any ideas how to test this, if so please help me?  I read the data sheets for AD6644 and 6620, but I still don't get it.  Thanks.
