How to export modal data from ANSYS to I-DEAS

Hi !
I have done prestresed modal analysis in ANSYS ver 6.1.
I need export results (eigenfreq. and mode shapes) of this analysis to I-DEAS ver. 8m4 exactly to vibro-acoustic module.

Does anyone know how to do it ?

I will be gratful for any help.
