I am Looking for information on costs related to grade widening of an existing highway versus complete reconstruction. How do the costs compare. Has anyone completed or seen a cost benefit analysis on this topic? Thankyou in advance.

You may want to contact your DOT for this information. I would think they could give you some idea. Most DOT's have their own websites.
