GUN SHOT 2

I am doing a quick look into health and safety ear defenders for gun shot. Does anyone have an idea of the frequency spectrum of a typical gun shot? I have various sources that give a dB figure but no frequency info. ANy one got or know of a graph showing this data? Any gun will do fo now but rifles specifically would be useful.
