Fatigue Knock Down Factor

Hello Everybody,
Just need help to establish the Knock Down Factor for a pipeline is subjecting to sour services.
This factor is to be determined with a series of fatigue tests in air and simulated actual sour service.
Does anybody know any lab capable of doing this test or had experience on subject.
