Ethernet communication between Siemens and AB PLC's

How can I establish an Ethernet communication between PLCs Siemens S7-300 and AB SLC500 ?
Both PLCs are fitted with an Ethernet processor but the respective TCP/IP communication protocol are not exactly the same !
Need a gateway ?
Does anyone know of such a gateway ?
