I have several pressure transmitters monitoring very low (trasmitters have -3 to 3 inWC range) differential pressure. One side is tubed to the heater box and the other side is reading atmosphere.
The DP reading gets erratic at times and I can correlate this to high wind speed. The atmospheric pressure tubing goes into a piece of 4" PVC piping with several small holes drilled in the sides and bottom. This is intended to reduce effects from wind but is apparently not entirely adequate.
Any recommendations on alternate systems to reduce wind effects?
