Envelop ,Reference Loads and Meshing

I've attached a dining hall project below.
I have defined load combinations and earthquake definitions according to TS500.
I would like to ask you that what is the "reference load" included in earthquake definitions section?
Also did i apply the true envelop for this combinations?
Can u offer me any document about load envelops?
Finally, is the meshing near the big square hole that was formed by beams in 2nd and 3rd floor, correctly formed?

Before you proceed with your model it is necessary to delete bed elements. So far I find in your attached file a lot of errors
