Engine fan - delayed switch off

I have a pump and fan that run when the ignition is on.
I need them to continue for a few minutes (to avoid heat soak) when I switch off.
Basically I need to delay the relay switching off when the power is removed.
I thought it should be quite simple but I'm stumped - any ideas?

Yes thank you, Google was indeed the first place I looked.
I obviously wasn't cear in my original post, a turbo timer isn't quite what I'm looking for.
I don't need to keep the engine running, I just need to have a 12v supply to my electric pump and electric fan for a few minutes after switch off.
Something similar to the delay on an interior light when you shut the door - but for a few minutes not seconds.

'Turbo timer' may still be what you can use, instead of delaying ignition/run power switch-off you use it to hold a relay in that connects a fused link from the battery to your fan and pump.
