Does anyone know of any standard electrical symbols for circuit diagrams that are available for use in draft environment?

You mean to say that does solidedge provides such Standard symbol library for such symbols?
if so there is no standatrd library available with SolidEdge draft env.
Onething you can do, you can make your own standard Symbol library, or can use dwg,dxf file to import the legacy data of the library in draft env.
