I have some experience with similar anchors. Hilti sells HVU capsules here - seems to be the same thing?

Anyway, we do fall arrest design and review, our contractors favour these on small jobs as they set very quickly so they can install and test them on the same day
The design requirement is 15kN and they have to be proof tested to 7.5kN and sustained for 3 minutes to achieve signoff
They seem to do that even when installed and tested within a few hours, plus they look pretty convenient to transport and install

No idea what they're like under continuous loading - I know epoxies have a tendency to creep though, so make sure they're specifically rated for non-creep
Even then though, the idea makes me nervous, particularly if they're used in tension zones on the underside of beams etc
If they're just carrying lightweight stuff it's probably OK, but for something heavy and permanent I'd be looking to cast-in inserts for more confidence
