Design of RCC shell roofs

Can any body please suggest some good reading material on design of RCC shell roofs?
Can you suggest any tutorials to Design RCC shell using FEM Kit or Stad Pro?
If you have designed RCC shell roofs with double curvature using stad pro/FEM Kit
can you send a copy of the input file?

Analysis and Dsign of RC Shell rofs by Chandershekhar
are the two good books (must read) .

As far as design is concerend i have heard and i belive its recomeended only to perform an analysis using staad and not design . desin it manually with the analysis results obtained from staad.
