Depletion-mode FET

I require a depletion-mode FET to use with Analog Device's AD421 4-20mA loop driver. Three models are listed in the datasheet as suitable for this task (DN25D, ND2020L and ND2410L) but I am having trouble obtaining these. Searching for alternatives has proved very difficult, mostly because oe of the most important parameters required is a minimum Idss of 24mA, and most manufacturers do not list this parameter in parametric searches. Does anybody know of suitable FETs for this task?
