Ok, here's another simple (stupid) question. When I measure things in my parts and assemblies it only gives me 2 decimal place accuracy. Also, when I dimension my drawings everything shows up a 2-place decimals. How can I increase that to 3-place accuracy?

Thanks,
Dblcrona

Open a new document then go to Tools > Options > Document Properties > Units. Set the settings to what you need and save as a document template.

Also when you have the measure dialog box active you can hit the Units/Precision ICON and change the units or decimal places for that function. I doesn't affect the document settings.

Can you change the units/precision in eDrawings?

MN5520, I have asked the same question many times and so far the only response I got was no.

If the creator of the edrawing has enabled measuring in the file, you can set the units you want to use to measure. I didn't see any way to change the precision though.
