Data aquisition

I have a consolidation system with strain gage displacement and pressure transducers that require 10VDC excitation. Output is in the mv range (70 mv full scale). Can anyone offer suggestions on setting up a DAQ system (i.e. power supply, signal conditioning, DAQ card)?
