I have a customer that is using Bobcad V24 to program some 3d files I provided him in Unigraphics V8.0. He is having trouble programming the
geometry because there are holes in some of the 3d surfaces once he imports it. I am providing step files. I just want to cover things on my
end. Is there any thing I can do on my end to improve his chances of getting clean data?

Are you actually talking about Unigraphics V8.0 or NX 8.0? I need to clarify this as it makes a difference, in this case about 23 years.

I did a quick Internet search, and based on what I found it seems to be an issue with Bobcad.

Use "examine geometry" to validate your models before exporting them. If BobCAD can import parasolid files, try using those.

I'm using NX 8.0 for this project....I guess I'm still not used to calling it NX...
I did try to export the solids using the "Heal Geometry"...and then export as step, without much help.
Im willing to guess its an import issues with bobcad, but I would like to know if there are things I can to help on my end.

I did run the examine geometry...and when the check criteria is set as Distance .001 / Angle .500, I do get some Smoothness and Tolerances results under the "Edge checks/post check status" that apparently don't pass, but when i open the distance check to .0015...the tolerance under the same does...but I get a tiny under the "Object Checks/ Post check status".
After performing this checks, what can I do to improve the results?

this customer pays in 10 days...so they can use a hammer and chisel for all i care...ha

I found this:

BobCAD-CAM CNC Software is compatible with the following file formats:
.DWG (AutoCAD)
.SLDPRT (SolidWorks)
.3DM (RhinoCAD)
.X_T and .X_B (Parasolid)
.DXF
.IGES
.STEP
.STL
.SAT
.CAD

So you may want to try giving them a parasolid file instead.

If NX (and Unigraphics) was initially named after its primary inventor it may have been called WrightCAD
