I want to get the maximum soil settlement using coefficient subgrade reaction (K) and soil bearing capacity, i need a table that shows "k" and B.C for different types of soil, thanks in advance.

You can't get settlement from the modulus of subgrade reaction.

You can design a slab on grade from that value, but the deeper seated settlement concerns will be informed from soil modulus or consolidation characteristics.

Structural engineers may argue. I'm not giving in though!
