Closed loop water treatment

I am looking for some basic water treatment info for a closed loop system and open loop system. Directing me to any books or online info would be great.

Look at the web page Talloaks.com it has a lot of information on water treatment. Also, the major water tyreatment companies i.e. Ondeo-Nalco, Hercules Betz-Dearborn and Drew have handbooks that go into detail on this subject. The "Nalco Water Handbook" is one of the best.
