Center Lines

I have a question about dimensioning from circles and center lines.

I currently run version 10. When I dimension from a circle or center line I found that the dimension line goes to the center of the circle instead of the end of the center line. This is not really a problem but standard drafting conventions would have the dimension line start from the end of the center line.

Is there any way to change the way this works or is it just something I have to live with.

Hi.

One posibble solution is:

In draft->RBM in dimensioning->properties->line and coordinates-> element separation-> different than 0.

Is possible the text are not coincident; my SE is in spanish.

I Believe this setting was introduced in V11 (finally) in the Dimension Styles dialog on the "Lines & Coordinate"
tab, there is a setting for centerline extension, entering a negative value will make the centerlines shorter.
