CATIA Visual Basic Help - Drawing Table Transparency

Hi
I look for the way to modify the property of transparency of a DrawingTable in a CATDrawing with CATIA Visual Basic.

This Property: BlankBackground is setting to (No) in the DrawingTable properties.(See DrawingTable_Properties.jpg link)

In CATIA Visual Basic, I know that this property is CatBlankingMode setting to catBlankingInactive.

But I do not know how to implement it.

Can anybody help me?
