Can anyone identify this fitting?

I am having trouble identifying this fitting. They are found on Weldcraft water cooled torch power cables.

The thread is 7/16-20.

Thanks but I am very familiar with the Weldcraft website. I am buying the weld power cable with female fitting from Weldcraft but need to find a source for the male side. Weldcraft only sells them brazed onto their torch bodies.

A wag - try 45 deg. flared tube fittings, see McMaster.com or similar.

We use flared tube fittings on many of our hydraulic assemblies. This is not one of those.

It looks similar to the fittings from an oxy-acetylene torch. It very likely has a CGA (Compressed Gas Association) number. I think McMaster-Carr has reference for these with drawings. If not then Google.

Looks like an automotive tube fitting found on "old school" analog pressure gauges where the fitting screwed directly into a manifold or engine block.

Another thought just hit me - you're sure it's 20 TPI and not 18? If 18, it could be a 1/4 straight pipe thread. Guessing you probably checked the thread pitch accurately, though.

Looks like a Swagelok.

It is 20 TPI.

I used to use lots of Swagelok stuff at a previous company so I am somewhat familiar with their stuff.

Most weld fittings are CGA compliant but I can't find a CGA fitting like this one.

I finally got in touch with the right guy at Weldcraft. It turns out the fittings are custom fabricated by Weldcraft.

No wonder I haven't been able to find them.
