Go to a butterfly valve manufacturer's website. They probably have such cad drawings available.

for vendor info I have found Globalspec invaluable. If you are not utilizing this site you may want to consider it. If you go to GlobalSpec.com and search 'valves'; chose type; pick attributes in 'advanced search'. You will get a listing that also includes a column for 'Cad files'. This is by no means the only place to look but it is a quick and easy starting point. If nothing else it will give you manufacturers to contact for further info.
