I have a problem with the cap leaking, according to the bottle material is a PETG bottle and the cap is no cap PLDE thread going on the flap gap is small

Sometimes they leak because the injection moulding process parameters do not stay consistent which changes the size of the cap.

Is it a new product or an old one with intermittent leakage issues?
