beginner with a few questions

Hi, hope to get some help with version 7! Thinking of buying this software.

Question 1: I am using concrete design using aci standards. Does sap 2000 have the dead, live , wind and earthquake loads already calculated in the software? Is it simply a matter of selecting the live, dead, etc. loads from Define menu ( static loads drop down list)?I am wondering whether the actual loads are there, or whether you have to dig through the ACI manual to find them?

Question 2:I am having trouble figuring out how to read the
data in the white window. When it displays the design rebar,moment rebar,minimim rebar and required rebar the output is in some strange units--like .012 or .048. What do these units mean and how do you translate that into #1,#2, #3 rebar?
