ASME Sec. VIII div. 1, appendix 13, reinforcement intersection

Hello everyone,
I have the following issue: A rectangular vessel designed as per ASME Sec. VIII div. 1, appendix 13, with distributed external horizontal reinforcements. Some of the nozzles happen to intersect the external reinforcements. Unfortunately these nozzles cannot be displaced. For these cases is it allowed to discontinue the reinforcement at the nozzle, and weld both the reinforcement end with the nozzle pipe?

juanjogo, not an Apx 13 expert, but I think you are looking at a U-2(g) design.
