ascii file conversion

My company has been using CGFIELD software in our data collectors. We just got a new collector loaded with TDS Survey Pro for Win CE. I need to be able to convert a CG .pts file to a TDS .rd5 file. Both are ASCII files but in different formats. Does anyone know of a file converter that can be arranged to do the conversion?

Do you have survey link on your PC? If so, there is a conversion menu for just the thing you're asking. (btw, I assume that rd5 files are the same as rw5 files??)
