Is anyone aware of design guidance for articulated concrete block revetments, specifically for installation on a slope (i.e. not an open channel application). I am aware of design using hydraulic stability methods. However, these methods do not allow the consideration of additional stability provided by mechanical anchoring of the mattress (they essentially look at one block and treat it as a piece of riprap). Thank you.

Have looked at Armortec.com?

In the support for Armorloc and Armorflex, you may find what you are in the information on the different products.

I just finished a Articulated Concrete Block design for protection dwostream of a water control structure. All the design guidances I have seen (as well as technical guidance from Submar) treat the blocks individually, not as a cabled system. If you provide an email address I can forward a design guide provided to me by submar.
