API 650 Query about 10th Ed

I have a copy of API 650, 9th Ed, with Addenda 1-3.
I see that Ed 10 has been published. Has anything significant changed or is it just an update to incorporate the addenda?

Appendix H changed quite a bit, I think.

Bolting requirements changed significantly in Addendum 3 to the 10th Edition.
