Ammonia stripper

I am work for ZENON Systems Kft., Tatabanya, Hungary as a technical support engineer. ZENON occupied in water and wastewater treatment with membrane technology.
We have a problem. During a WW treatment decomposition of ammonia is restrained. We thought of a stripper column for degassing and a catalytical oxidiser for destruction of ammonia.
Please, someone inform me about who can design and supply technology and equipment. Our client request that it will be from Germany.
