There is quite a large amount of information available at the profession web sties. NACE, API, etc. I personally have never heard of a simple amine system. Every owner has his or her stories concerning the operation and maintenance problems of their system.
If you could be more specific as to the type of system and what you are trying to do someone on this site has the information you need or will be able to point you in the right direction. Like my experience is with large MEA systems removing CO2 from H2 streams, knowing only a little of other systems.
