When calculating the tension and shear capacity of anchors using App. D, effective areas are used (Ase,N and Ase,V). Where do you find these effective areas? I know AISC bases their allowabe tension and shear values from the same calculations, but for spreadsheet purposes I would like to be able to go through the equations in ACI. Is there a table somewhere in the AISC Manual (I'm using 13th edition but also have a 14th ed. as well) or is there another reference I need to consider? Thanks.

Ase,N is the effective cross sectional area of a threaded anchor. You can find that in AISC thirteenth edition, page 7-83 (Table 7-18). Ase,V is the same.
