3 Phase PWM Inverter with PI

As a team of 4 members, we are working on three phase PWM inverter with PI controller.
Please suggest on how to perform tuning of PI controller. Also should we get harmonics around carrier frequency used in PWM? (Note: Clarke transformation is also used)
