I have a german (vogel)gearbox spec that reads: I=3,0. I think this is the gear ratio but was hoping somebody could verify this for me please. (I have given up trying to get answers from vendors, reps, googles etc. The unit is not accessible to me.)

I get the following error message during start-up SW09: "The DWG Document Manager library is invalid or missing." I cancel and move on but would like to fix if possible so any suggestions appreciated.

Solved. (I deleted the 'prt' file extension from the file types dialog and then I added it back as 'new'.) So thanks Albert!

For some reason '.prt' files are associated w SW so you have to change 'opens with' from sw to CKwin. Now in the folder options / files types dialog box the 'advanced' button changes to 'restore' so you can't get at the 'advanced' action 'edit' screen bs to fix the problem of mutiple sessions of...

What is an easy way to change a part (that was copied from a part in an assy) into a new separate part?

this newbo tired of searching so I ask: In an assy why would a part number have blue text in feature manager? Maybe something to do with patterns?
