I have a flat that I need to show formed up. The sheet metal part itself can not be created in a sheetmetal enviroment as we do some operations on pounding the corner around a bullnose anvil to create the final shape. I have the flat and all I want to do is put the bends on that we form on out...
I have 2 parts that a customer sent us that we can make out of one part. They are converted parts from NX and I am running ST3. The parts converted over to PSM and now I want to merge them into one part where they butt togther. I want to remove the seam that they created. Thoughts?

I have a large assembly from a customer and also a parts list created from that assembly. Is there a way I can type in a part number and have it highlight the part in the assembly? I do not want to have to dig through multiple sub-assemblies looking for the part in the parth finder.

We do a lot laser programming and need our files to always be full scale. Is there a way to get the borders to scale up to the parts that I am drawing instead of scaling the parts up or down to fit the border. I do not care about printing a scaled drawing.
Thank you,
Paul
I do that and the thickness is the only thing that comes across. The bend radius should be .09 and it always defaults to .038. Also the neutral factor always comes in at .33. We use .4.
We have a customer that uses NX and sends us a model assembly that we import into ST2 (we have ST3 but have not upgraded yet). The main portion of the items in the assembly are sheet metal parts. In the translation we loose the material, thickness, bend radius and k-factor. Is there any way...
We have a STEP file from a customer that we brought into Solid Edge V17. They have parts all over the place. Is there a way to sort the part numbers to be in numerical order so I can find them easier?
I am new to Solid Edge and I have a leader with a note and I want to point to 10 objects. I have no problem with the arrow side snapping to the object, but the non arrow side looks messy. Is there a way to get the non arrow side to all snap to the same point?
I am using Solid Edge version 16.
