    Dear Marfotd, I don' t now the exact construction u are having, But there is a new kind of PTFE that is called TFM. This material has some properties which are simulair like pTFE glassfilled. If you could send me more details i could find out if this will solve your problem.

    Dear Ivo, You should consider using PTFE; it has very low friction and it can be used with temperatures up to 150 degrees C. It cab also be filled with various materials to enhance some properties. Koen

    A good electrical isolator is PTFE and it has a so called memory effect. With this memory effect you heat up the material, stretch the material, place it over the item you want to cover and then heat it up again.

    You should consider using carbon filled PTFE, this material can be used up to 200 degrees celcius. If you use the compression moulding technique this material should be excellent for vanes. You can also use a virgin PTFE with a glass filling
