shop air is 80psi we're also asking for a 15% rise max pressure in each cylinder is 150psi our min could be 20, 25 or what ever cylinders could a max 40spm are cylinders will be exhausted to outside air The person who did this for me did it all from amount of cylinders stroke and cubic inches...

We have a customer that doesn't want a pinch trim, we do pinch trims here all day long. These are just prototypes so we thought we could just machine off the trim edge. Price to do this is very high. Were dealing with 625 inc .063 thk. Shimmy trim could be our best option when it go's in...

We typically build round tooling under 5" dia. Our typical clearance is .00015" total for locating fits. Now were getting in to bigger diameters. What is the role of the thumb for biiger dia fits??? Solid Edge V20

You could always open files of the same name from different folders. We have a lot of same named components and some times we open 1 from 1 folder and other from another folder. Solid Edge V20

We use min and max here and there on our detail prints. I mainly use them on pockets and cut outs. I place the biggest radius permissible and then put max. reasoning for this is, now the machinist can use what ever size of end mill, or what ever, to make the feature. Solid Edge V20
