Spain and Portugal power grid collapse

Sometimes I see them. Sometimes no. Like now. Oh. Thanks. Pages. What a nice feature. You can ignore all previous threads and just type the same answer someone already did on page 1.

Spain and Portugal power grid collapse

I have not seen any volts or frequency data. There are two files at the website linked above., above the picture. I can't seem to post the ones I downloaded myself. Time 5min intervals, Load, Anticipated, Programmed Time, Summation of Load supplied by each generation category. I can try...

Spain and Portugal power grid collapse

A snapshot of the grid power yesterday. https://demanda.ree.es/visiona/peninsula/demandaau/total/2025-04-28 My niece in Madrid had leave her car in parking and walk 5 hrs to get far enough away from the traffic jams to be picked up by significant other.

Spain and Portugal power grid collapse

That means "We have no freeking clue". Cyber attack has been ruled out by Red Electrica. Out here we lost internet comms at around 1800 GMT. Don't know why it took so long to propagate.

    Question about Wellhead Casing

Yes. Flow through a valve would not represent gas leaking from the casing. I am not familiar with casing leak monitoring devices, however from the emission monitoring methodology you referenced, I imagine more of a box or tent set up enclosing a known space around the well head in which they...

    Question about Wellhead Casing

The production tubing is usually removed before the well is plugged forever. If the well casing is not properly plugged, the gas from the gas bearing strata makes it's way around the plug into the upper region of the casing. It is that gas in the casing that can leak to the atmosphere.

    Simulation using Petrel

Static pressure is a constant pressure at a point far enough from the well, such that it does not change with local flow effects in the immediate.vicinity of the well. It is often just assumed during initial investigations as the weight of all the soil and rock layers above the HC strata. Its...

    Simulation using Petrel

You need to get those from your reservoir or production engineer. Pressure will normally fall off as flow from the well increases. As described by my AI assistant, Production well testing is a critical process in the oil and gas industry that involves measuring and evaluating the productivity...

US REFINERIES CANNOT PROCESS LITE OIL

Continuing with my research uncovered specific problems, noted as follows, Refining Shale oil Overcoming the challenges of tight/shale oil refining The impact tight oil processing can have on a refinery, particularly the considerations that must be given to desalter performance, corrosion...

Pipeline transporting Naphta and jet fuel

No argument there. Outside the US, there may not be any meaningful distinction between pipelines and process lines. And, if it were a short bit of above ground pipe in what was a long buried pipeline, I would definitely not change the code. Inside the US, there is a clear difference that...

You are going to be BUSY. I just don't like the looks of this site. Just another Google document.
