WPS for GMAW-P 1

Per AWS D1.1 GMAW is considered a prequalified process when considering the use of a prequalified WPS (written of course) but is Pulsed Mig considered to be a prequalified process or just straight short citcuit CV MIG?

Better check that code again. According to AWSD1.1-2004, paragraph 3.2.1, prequalified processes are SMAW, SAW, GMAW (except GMAW-S) and FCAW. So I would say that all GMAW transfer modes EXCEPT short-circuit are prequalified.
