Wire sealant.protectant

I'm looking for a product that will seal and protect wires. The main type of wire will be Kapton. This type of wiring can crack and I want to have some sort of spray type of material that will dry and leave minimum to nil residue. It should repel water and adhere to all wires in a bundle and preferable be easy to remove. Thanks!
