Windows Xp - operating language change to english 1

Hi all,

I use a Toshiba Satellite J11. which has Japanese language in operating and i would like to change it to english.

Please let me knew the process.

Start/Settings/Control Panel/Regional Options

General Tab
Set your locale to English (you have a choice of countries)

Click "Set default..." button - change system locale to English.
