Is there a standard to show where should I locate my parking lot wheelstops? I am looking for the distance between a wheelstop and the fence. These wheelstops will prevent hitting our perimeter fence.

I didn't see anything in the various AASHTO road manuals, including the PArk & Ride Manual. Look at the atached DOD manual. It gives some guidance on vehicle overhang dimensions; maybe it will help.

You could also go to another parking lot and see what they did.

Look for a lot where they have a fence - and pay attention to what the fence looks like - any damage? any evidence of impact? If so, increase the distance from fence to wheel stop.

Compare rear vehicle overhangs to front - some people (me included) prefer to back in whenever possible. Makes for a quicker getaway.
