Wheel & Frame Fixture 1

I am looking for a tool or fixture that will hold a bike frame thru the forks where the wheels are mounted.
Does anyone know of a quick release tool that can do this with the wheel removed? The bike will be in a fixture on its side. I am currently using a bar with a thread and nuts on each end that are hand tightened.

Are you looking for something that clamps just the forks or clamps both the frame and forks? If the first, Google <"fork mount" bicycle>, these items use a QR clamp the same as a QR axle.

Do you know of anything like this that is for industrial use? I want to use it in a shop where it will get dirty and may see oven time (don't know the temps yet).
