Welding Procedure Qualification as per ASME IX 1

Dear gents,
What would be the appropriate way to qualify a procedure for the welding of stainless steel structural profiles, without filler from the outside and with filler from the inside, GTAW process.
Any input will be appreciated.

First look to see what is out there.
IMOA and NiDI both publish some good SS structural guides.
Hire someone who has done these before.
It may cost a little but it will save time and question later.

Yes, you can qualify a welding procedure as stated per ASME IX.
