Weldability of A193 Grade B7?

Is A193 Grade B7 (Chrome-moly) Fy 105 weldable?
If so, what pre- and post-heat considerations are there?

Come back with a little more information on how you are considering welding the fastenter.
They are not normally welded where the weld will hold an axial load, that is the can't carry the load that the fastener will see.
You have to be careful when you weld around this material.
