Wastewater Controls for MBBR

Hi, I am an engineer in the Wastewater industry, recently more customers have been asking us to do automation and control work and attach them to our MBBR & MBR systems. I was wondering what other industry professionals estimate the portion of existing industrial systems that have up to date controls?
