Wasching machine motor : 6 wire : how to wire

I have dimounted an old washing machine and want to use the motor (220VAC) to make a grain mill with it. But I don't have a schema of it. Is there anybody who can give me a principal explanation how to find out, or a similar sheme. Thanks

Sorry it are 5 wires, one is for earthing !
