how to calculate quantity, in MTS, of High sulpher fuel oil in storage tanks. normally we take initial vol.and multiply it with gravity. then after taking receipt in said tank final volume is taken and again multiply it with gravity and then subtract initial mts from final ones to find net receipt of HSFO. how this could be on proportional basis. means how to find proportional density? secondly what is the effect of temperature while working on 15 or 60 degree ?
